The actual fundraiser itself will take the form of a silent auction, where those in attendance can bid on a variety of bears, each standing 3 feet tall, sponsored by local companies and decorated with a variety of prizes.

The fundraiser will be running in two stages: from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m., the event will be geared towards children who can come and check out the themed bears.

At 7 p.m. the fundraiser shifts to an adult-only event, complete with a bar, appetizers and silent auction where the bears and their attached prizes can be bid on. The ski hill will also be providing rides home for those in attendance.
