42 permits were issued in October, for about $15.6 million, more than three times, the $4.9 million in October of 2012.

It raised the year-to-date total to $120.7 million, as compared to $53.8 million for the first ten months of last year.

The October total this year is also the biggest one posted for that month, since 2008, when it was $16.7 million.

City revenue from permits issued this year is now up to $605,600, and it’s also more than double the total for the same period last year when it was $271,600.
