The JDA Kings got by the Dawson Creek Junior Canucks. The JDA Kings won the game by a score of 4-1. The shots were tight at 28-26 in favour of Grande Prairie, and the leading scorer for the Kings was Brad Derksen as he had two goals and an assist.

The Beaverlodge Blades upended the Fairview Flyers 6-5. Fairview outshot the Blades by a 32-27 mark but it didn’t matter as the Blades got three points from Lindan Calliou.

Three games make up tonight’s NWJHL schedule. The Fort St. John Huskies look to snap a brief two game skid against Sexsmith. The game can be heard live on Moose FM with the pregame show at 6:45 and the opening faceoff at 7 p.m. Also in action tonight are the Beaverlodge Blades as they battle the North Peace Navigators, and the final game has the Dawson Creek Junior Canucks in action once again as they play the Fairview Flyers.
