At a cost of $20, anyone needing to travel to either city for a medical appointment can be picked up from either hospital.

In turn, Northern Health is also reducing the number of trips from Fort St. John to Prince George from four to three. The cancelled route used to leave Prince George on Monday and return from Fort St. John on Wednesday. It’s been replaced with a Tuesday departure from Fort St. John to Prince George.

There will also no longer be a route to Hudson’s Hope, due to low ridership.

Lastly, the timing of the Fort Nelson to Dawson Creek trip has been changed to leave the Mile 0 City at 11:45 a.m. and Fort St. John at 1:30 p.m. local time for the Wednesday to Friday return trip.
