Festivities will begin at 4:30 p.m. with some Christmas crafts and letters to Santa at the North Peace Arena. 

At 6 o’clock the parade will start from 110 Avenue and 98 Street, then head south on 100 Street before reach its conclusion on 96 Avenue.

People are encouraged to go to Centennial Park at 7 p.m. for free hot dogs and hot chocolate and opening ceremonies from Mr. and Mrs. Claus. The official lighting of the Christmas tree will also take place and there will be a bonfire and various forms of entertainment.

Those wanting to get to know the Fort St. John Huskies will have the opportunity to do so from 8 o’clock-9:30 p.m. as the Skate with the Huskies will be held at the North Peace Arena.
