The ride out to Prince George was almost as challenging as the actual game itself for the girls. The team ended up stranded at a convenience store with no cell reception after the wipers on the bus they were on malfunctioned. The girls were eventually picked up by a school bus and made it to Prince George in time for their game.

The team was victorious against Prince George in pool play, and took the win once again in the finals. Standing out for the NPSS senior girls were Ivy Pardy and Robyn Devaleriola as they took home all star awards, and the MVP went to Cailin Boyd.

The team advances to provincials in Penticton from November 27-30.
