Those still out of step were the Petro-Can outlets at $1.299, and the Alaska Road South Husky at $1.309. has the provincial and national averages on the rise, with the former up to a $1.225 and the latter to $1.232. 

In Alberta, however, the average price is falling, and is down to a $1.064. The low end price in the two western provinces is at a South Edmonton Costco at 97.9 cents a litre.
