Head Coach Gary Alexander says he is hoping to see the team put forth the effort they are capable of.

“Just 100 per cent effort. I don’t think we had it in either game against Peace River the last two times. We certainly blew the first period in the first game we had over there. We played maybe 60 per cent on Friday in town and it just wasn’t enough. We seem to have those up and downs and when we have a couple of downs we come back with a good effort the next time out so we are hoping to have that effort.”

Travis McLean is expected to get the start in goal tonight for the Huskies. He’s 4-2 this year with a 3.50 goals against average, and a save percentage of .896.
