Snowfall warning for 
B.C. North & South Peace River continued

A further 5 to 15 cm of snow is expected by this evening.

This is a warning that significant snowfall is expected or occurring in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..listen for updated statements.

An intense frontal system is continuing to move through British Columbia today. Heavy snow has been falling all night in the central and northern interior regions as well as the Southern Yukon regions. Listed below are some snowfall amount storm totals up to 4:00 AM PST this morning.

Quesnel 29 cm Prince George 26 cm Williams Lake 24 cm Whitehorse 24 cm whiskers point (Williston region) 24 cm Dease Lake 24 cm Fort St. John 18 cm

The snow is expected to continue for much of the day. Further snowfall amounts of 5 to 15 cm is expected by this evening bringing the totals to between 25 to 40 cm.
