Acko was initially arrested on December 16, 2013 and charged with two counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Cocaine and Oxycontin. He was later released from custody on a Recognizance of Bail with conditions.

In a traffic stop on January 16 police found Acko was breaching a number of the conditions of his Recognizance. After he was arrested the vehicle was searched and was found to again be in possession of Oxycontin.

His next court appearance is scheduled for February 11.
