The staff hid in the back room while he left with the cash drawer. 

The male was later identified by RCMP and arrested following an investigation. It’s believed the firearm was an air gun or BB gun but it has not yet been located. 

Police are recommending a charge of robbery against the man who has been living in Fort St. John for a few months but is originally from Alberta. He is previously known to police.
