The JDA Kings took the season series between the two teams 3-2. 

The Huskies will be without defencemen Taylor Greatrex while he serves a suspension from a match penalty, and Wyatt Anderson who suffered a season ending injury in the final game of the Slave Lake series.

Both teams will be in action a lot over the next five days. The teams will play through the weekend as they have three games in three days, and with a game on Tuesday both teams will be in action four out of the next five nights.

Game on can be heard live on Moose FM. The pregame show gets things started at 8:15, and the faceoff is slated for 8:30 p.m. After tonight’s game, the series will return to Fort St. John for game 2 tomorrow night at 8 p.m.
