26-year old, Keisha Horseman of Grande Prairie has been charged with kidnapping, Theft of a motor vehicle, abandoning a child, possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.

22 year old, David Michael Smith also of Grande Prairie has been charged with kidnapping, theft of a motor vehicle, abandoning a child, possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 and 6 counts of failing to comply with a recognizance.

The youth, whose name cannot be released has been charged with kidnapping, theft of a motor vehicle, abandoning a child, possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 and 2 counts of failing to comply with probation.

Keisha Horseman and David Smith have been remanded into custody, and the youth has been released on an undertaking.

All three will appear in court Monday March 3rd at 9am.
