Livingstone was last seen by family in Chetwynd at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 20. He was suppose to be leaving Chetwynd by taxi to go to the Fort St. John Airport. He had plans to travel to Fort Smith, Northwest Territories for work. He was not on his scheduled flight and family members have not heard from him since.
