Seventeen permits were issued last month worth 7.3 million dollars, as compared to eleven permits in the same month last year for 3.2 million. 

It left the total value of construction for the first quarter of this year at 16.2 million dollars, as compared to only 7.9 million for the same period in 2013.

It’s the same story when comparing the year-over-year city revenue from the permits.
