In the first three months of this year, just over one-thousand homes were sold in communities north of 100 Mile House, west to Prince Rupert, and up into the Peace Region.
201 homes were sold in Fort St. John Region, while 12 were sold in January, February, and March, in Fort Nelson. Dawson Creek is not part of the board.
Values in Northern BC in the first three months of this year, versus last, were up somewhat from just over 212-thousand-173 in 2013 to 248-thousand-600 in 2014.
While values were up, the number of properties available year-over-year across the North actually dropped from 38-hundred-15, last year, to 36-hundred-25, this year.
