Tentative Contract Reached With College Instructors

If accepted, it would be retroactive to April 1st (2014) and end March 31st of 2019.

The instructors, members of the BC Government & Service Employees Union, will vote on the pact during the month of April.  The union, however, won’t release any specifics until the contract is approved.

“This agreement provides real improvements for members,” says BCGEU president Darryl Walker. “While no agreement is perfect, we believe this tentative deal provides longer term stability and necessary gains in some key priority areas for our members.”
