CEO of NPSCU, Mitchel Chilcott says their services, such as face-to-face personal teller machines, being the second financial institution in Canada to offer them, provides increased financial services for smaller, remote communities like Taylor and Fort Nelson.
Chilcott also recognizes the use of smart offices for video connection with financial consultants is helping to connect customers “across a very diverse geographical area.”
