Killbillies to conclude season tomorrow against Dirty Harriets

The Killbillies have taken significant strides in becoming a competitive team over the past few seasons and are now starting to see how they stack up against some of the stronger teams in the area according to team captain Amanda Rathburn.

“We are gaining speed. We are gaining skill and we’re starting to have a challenge up against the bigger teams, the teams that have a little bit more going for them and have been together longer. We’re really starting to poke our head into that crowd,” Rathburn said.

She adds the team will need to stick to what their good at in order to end their season on a high note.

“We need to do what we do best. Everyone has their strengths. As everyone comes to the table and brings those things we’ll be golden,” states Rathburn.

In their last contest the Killbillies were victorious with a 188-103 win over the St. Albert Beelzebubs.
