“The majority of the reports included thefts of items from campsites in Peace Island Park,” a press release reads. “These thefts included Callaway, Cleveland and Ping brand golf clubs in a black Nike bag, camping accessories, and currency found in vehicles left unlocked.”

The RCMP would like to speak to anyone who may have been camping or staying in the area that noted something that may assist in identifying any suspects.

If you have information, contact the Fort St. John RCMP detachment at 250 787 8100, or if you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1 800 222 8477.
