Krush finish second at men’s provincials slo-pitch tournament

Team member Jason Atkings said Krush has been making the trip to provincials for over ten years and the squad doesn’t get in nearly as many games as their competition does at the tournament.

“We’ve been going down and playing for 11 years now. There’s no league in Fort St. John so we travel throughout Alberta and B.C. to play then. We end up playing teams that end up getting in 80 games a year. We go to a few tournaments a year but I think our team gets in 20 games a year before we go,” he stated.

As for nationals next year that will be held over the August long weekend. The team also wanted to pass on their thanks to various team sponsors for their support over the season.
