Another local bust discovers drugs in hidden compartment

Police say they seized about 30 thousand dollars worth of drugs, including a pound of crack cocaine, from a hidden compartment in a vehicle they pulled over on the 19th of October.

Police also say they confiscated 3,500 fentanyl pills, a powerful synthetic opiate similar, but 80 – 100 times more potent than morphine.

Kenton Thomas, 25, of Fort St. John, and Kaleb Royer, 23, of Summerland, are each facing two drug possession and trafficking charges.

Similar charges are also being recommended against an unnamed 25 year old Vancouver man.
