First mayoral nomination for District of Taylor officially entered into election

Robert Fraser, who previously served on council, is looking to take over after Mayor Fred Jarvis announced his retirement from municipal politics earlier in the year.

The District of Taylor has yet to post any other nomination, whether it’s for mayor or councillor.

The nomination period of elections wraps-up October 10, with polls opening across the province on November 16.
