Huskies to take on Navigators, and JDA Kings this weekend

The Navigators remain in first place in the North West Junior Hockey League standings with 12 points, one point ahead of the Fairview Flyers. Friday’s game will begin at 7 p.m. local time in Peace River.

Saturday evening will mark the first meeting of the season between the Huskies and JDA Kings. The Kings eliminated the Huskies in last year’s post-season in five games. The game will be at the North Peace Arena at 8 p.m.

The Huskies currently reside in fifth place in the NWJHL standings with a record of 3-3, and are two points behind Grande Prairie.
