Candidate debate forums amid the 2014 Municipal Election

It is scheduled to run from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Lido Theatre, and is one of three forums scheduled for this area this week.

The other two are both set for 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, with one at the Peace Community Church in Taylor for the three candidates running in the community’s Mayoralty race.

The other at the Fort St. John Legion is for seven School District 60 candidates – five seeking the three seats in Zone 5 and the other two running for the Zone 1 board vacancy.

Wednesday is also the first day for advance voting, with the polling stations across the province, including the one at the Pomeroy Sport Centre, open from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
