Polls open for Municipal Election

The local polling station at the Pomeroy Sport Centre and there will also be another special voting opportunity for patients and staff at the Fort St. John hospital 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Eligible voters who may not have already registered can still vote, but proof of identification will be needed to register at the time you choose to do so. Two pieces of identification will be required – one indicating who the individual is and his or her address – and the second piece carrying his or her signature.

Where to vote in other regions around the North Peace.

  • Taylor – the District of Taylor Office again open until 8 p.m.
  • Peace River Regional District Area C – Baldonnel Elementary, Charlie Lake Elementary, the Pomeroy Sport Centre and Peace River Regional District Office in Dawson Creek.
  • Hudson’s Hope – Hudson’s Hope Community Hall
