RCMP arrest one male after shooting in Fort Nelson

The RCMP arrested Bradley Thomson and he has been charged with Discharging a firearm with intent, careless use of a firearm and unauthorized possession of a firearm.  Bradley was arrested in connection with a shooting on October 28.  The Northern Rockies RCMP were called to a complaint that a 25 year-old male had been shot in a residence on Sikanni Road.

The victim was flown to Edmonton Hospital and remains in stable condition.

Bradley had is first court appearance Monday and was released on bail with what the RCMP call strict conditions.  His next court appearance is scheduled for December.

Both the victim and the alleged shooter knew each other and investigators believe the public is not at risk because of this shooting.
