Huskies to take on Peace River, Beaverlodge this weekend

The Navigators sit in top spot in the NWJHL standings with a record of 13-2-1. One of those two defeats came at the hands of the Huskies. The Navs lead the season series 2-1.

On Saturday night the Huskies will be thirsty for revenge against the Beaverlodge Blades. Last time the clubs met the Huskies suffered their most embarrassing loss of the season, a 3-0 defeat on home ice to the Blades, which gave Beaverlodge their first win of the year.

Tonight marks the start of a busy December for the Huskies. The team will be in action seven times over the next 15 days before the Christmas break begins.
