Identity of alleged serial robber made public

He is alleged to be responsible for nine robberies across Alberta, Saskatchewan and B.C. – finally being arrested at a Grande Prairie hotel on January 30, 2015.

Shaun Christopher Cornish, 26-years-old, is being charged with the three robberies committed in Lethbridge, High River and Claresholm Alberta.

Charges are pending in the other two provinces.

Formerly from Langley, B.C., Cornish will appear before a judge on February 6, 2015, 9:00 a.m., at the Okotoks Provincial Courthouse.
