The Fort St. John Knights of Columbus Flyers were on the ice yesterday for a game against the Peace River Royals and unfortunately for the Flyers it did not go their way. The game was scoreless after one, but in the end the Royals took the game 6-2.

Fort St. John took the lead just over a minute and a half into the second period but Peace River tied the game, and wound up taking the lead with under a minute left in the period.

Things unravelled for the Flyers over the final stages of the third period. Down 3-2 with less than eight minutes left the Royals scored two power play goals in a 24 second span, and Peace River scored once more to round out the scoring at 6-2.
