Sunshine Coast RCMP says Suzanne Wylie was last seen on Monday April 13, 2015 at around 11:40 a.m. heading towards Gibsons on public transit after attending school in Sechelt.
Wylie was then seen in North Vancouver by mid-afternoon, and police say she’s most likely heading to either Nelson or Fort St. John.
“Police and Suzanne’s mother have concerns about her state of mind, and are trying to locate her to ensure she is safe,” writes Sunshine Coast RCMP Cst. Harrison Mohr. “We are working with Suzanne’s family and other community and police resources to try to bring Suzanne home safely.”
Wylie, 16, is described as having shoulder length black hair, brown eyes, 5-5, 150 lbs, last seen wearing a dark hoodie, jean, and carrying a duffel bag or backpack.
