If you’re in Taylor and planning to sleep in Tuesday morning, you may as well set your alarm to 9 a.m.
That’s when the district will be conducing another brief round of testing of its emergency evacuation siren system.
The testing will begin at 9 a.m. and is expected to last until 10 a.m., with sirens sounding off intermittently throughout the hour, according to emergency co-ordinator Sadie Jones.
The district is again looking for feedback from residents and people in the area to report what they hear, where they heard it, and if the siren or messaging was loud and clear, or quiet and distorted.
The district conduced a test of the system on June 23.
