Green Party selects candidate for Prince George-Peace River-Northern Rockies region

Environmental advocate Elizabeth Biggar is the new face of the Green Party, for the Prince George-Peace River-Northern Rockies riding.

Having come from Fort Nelson to Vancouver, she won over Korie Marshall, Silverado Socrates, and Karen McDowell to become their candidate on Friday night.

No NDP candidate has been announced yet, but Biggar will be up against incumbent Conservative Bob Zimmer, Liberal Matt Shaw and Libertarian Todd Keller in this fall’s election.
