An accident involving a pick up truck and school bus near Charlie Lake occurred at an unspecified time this morning, as the bus was picking up children.

The bus was heading towards the highway on Sunnyside drive in a particularly rough section of the road with lots of gravel.

Cpl. Jodi Shelkie with the Fort St. John RCMP says the pick up truck was driving the opposite direction, seemed to lose control, and side swiped the bus.
