One lane of the Alaska Highway is closed after a collision involving two vehicles near the intersection of the Old Hope Road in Charlie Lake.

At approximately 8:26 p.m., the RCMP, Fire Department and B.C. Ambulance respond to a collision.  One male has been taken to hospital with unknown injuries and another male was treated on the scene by B.C. Ambulance.

The cause of the collision is currently being investigated.  At this time, there is single lane alternating traffic in the area of the collision.
