MONTREAL — A bizarre accident in Montreal on Monday night has left a woman in hospital with serious injuries.

Firefighters while battling a blaze at about 10 p.m. when one of their hoses became entangled in the wheels of a Montreal Transit Corporation bus that was travelling near the scene.

The hose went flying and injured three women who were walking in the area (at St. Laurent and Rene Levesque Blvd.).

One of them, reported to be in her 50s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries. (CJAD).
