The case of Othman Hamdan has been adjourned until November 4th, at 9:30 AM.

Hamdan appeared at the Fort St. John Provincial Courthouse through video conference from the Prince George Regional Correctional Centre, where he remains in custody.

His legal counsel advised that this case be adjourned, as they have received disclosure that needs to be reviewed and discussed with the accused.

Hamdan is facing various charges, including six counts of counselling to commit murder and assault causing bodily harm on behalf of a terrorist group for posts he’s alleged to have made on social media between September 2014 and July 2015.

He was arrested this past July, and denied bail on July 31st. Since being denied bail, he appeared in court in early September, and this morning.
