This morning at 11 AM, the Principal of Chetwynd Secondary School told Chetwynd RCMP that a student in 8th grade student had allegedly been approached near the school grounds by an unknown man in a car.

The male allegedly yelled at the girl to get into the car, while he had his door partially open.

The student ran to the school, and later noted that the suspect drove into the school parking lot, drove to the front door, turned around, then exited the parking lot.
