Most areas of the B.C. Peace received several centimetres of snow overnight Saturday leaving many roads with compact snow and slippery sections.

Sunday’s forecast calls for another 2 to 4 centimetres before the snow ends Sunday evening.  The Fort St. John Fire Department posted on Facebook late Saturday that they had responded to several collisions but did not release any specific details.

Multiple accidents this evening. Please be aware that road conditions are poor and drive safe.
