Ken and Arlene Boone are asking both the provincial Environmental Assessment Office and the Federal Department of Fisheries and Oceans to respond by December first to an open letter critical of Site-C Dam construction.

The couple has filed copies with BC Hydro, Peace River North MLA, Pat Pimm, and Prince George-Peace River-Northern Rockies MP, Bob Zimmer, detailing a half a dozen concerns.

Meantime, Mr. Boone says the opposition to the project will continue regardless of the first phase work and he labelled, “All really good stuff” the Power-BC energy plan launched this week by the provincial NDP leader calling it, “The direction we need to be going”:
