On the evening of October 15th around 8:30 PM, Grande Prairie RCMP responded to an armed robbery at East Side Grocery store.

A man with a knife entered the business and took off with an unknown amount of cash. No one was injured during the robbery.

RCMP describes the suspect as a Caucasian man of medium build with brown eyes. He was wearing blue industrial coveralls and reflective stripes, black boots, gloves and a mask.

He fled the scene in what could have been a dark-coloured Chevrolet extended cab truck, with a tidy tank or a tool box.

Anyone with more information is asked to contact Grande Prairie RCMP as they continue the investigation.
