RCMP are investigating an incident where a man in a black cargo style van approached a 10-year-old boy in the Grande Prairie area.

The incident occurred yesterday around 3:00 PM near Alexander Forbes School.

A man driving a black van pulled up beside the boy, and told him his mom sent him to pick him up.  The boy then ran away and returned to school.

RCMP describe the van as an old Black cargo style van, with rust around the wheel wells, and the driver is only described as a Caucasian man with light coloured eyes and wearing a ski mask, with a black jacket.

This incident follows the Peace Regional RCMP releasing a sketch of a suspect who allegedly did something similar in September, in the town of Berwyn.
