B.C. Hydro is working to restore power to two large outages in the B.C. Peace.  The biggest outage is near Moberly Lake affecting 480 customers.  The outage runs from Chetwynd to Moberly and started at approximately 2:40 p.m.

Hydro is still assessing the outage and has not issued a restoration time.

The other large outage is north of Fort St. John along the Alaska Highway from north of Mile 72 to Wonowon and into the Halfway First Nation.  That outage started at around 1 p.m. and Hydro has not issued a time for when power will be restored. Approximately 300 customers are affected by this outage.
