Environment Canada has issued a freezing rain warning for Fort St. John and the North Peace.  The forecast calls for freezing rain Monday morning.

Current details:
Freezing rain is expected or occurring. A frontal system is bringing freezing rain to Fort St. John this morning. The freezing rain will end near noon.

Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery. Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas. Environment Canada meteorologists will update alerts as required. Please monitor local media or Weatheradio.
