GRANDE PRAIRIE, A.B. – Grande Prairie RCMP are investigating a report of shots fired at a vehicle in the Royal Oaks area.

Saturday afternoon, December 26, 2016, members of the Grande Prairie RCMP were called to a report of shots fired. Witnesses reported hearing several shots fired and observing a Grey Nissan Titan speeding away from the area.

Police arrived on scene they located a vehicle that had three broken windows.

At this time, there is no evidence to suggest that anyone was injured in the incident.

Members from the Grande Prairie RCMP detachment, including investigators from the General Investigation Section (GIS) and Forensic Identification Section (FIS), are investigating this incident.
