Around 5 a.m. this morning, Grande Prairie RCMP responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Lakeland Mac’s store.

The male suspect was armed with pepper spray and demanded money from the clerk.

He is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 5’8″, with a thin build, wearing a mask with white markings along with blue jeans, white shoes, white belt, and a black hoodie.

The suspect fled after the clerk locked himself in an office.
