DAWSON CREEK, B.C. — The Fort St. John man who turned himself in to Dawson Creek RCMP, in relation to a 2012 beating death at a concert, appeared in Dawson Creek Provincial Court yesterday.

25-year-old Levi Morris faces a charge of manslaughter, after a search warrant was issued for his arrest on Jan. 12 by Provincial Crown Counsel.

On Feb. 14, 2012, 28-year-old Jason Patrick Foster, along with his friend, got involved in a fist fight at the concert with three other men at a Hedley Concert, at the Encana Events Centre in Dawson Creek.
