CHETWYND, B.C. — Good news: power appears to have been restored to Chetwynd, following a power outage that left over 1,400 residents without power.

The power went out just after 7 a.m. this morning, and was out for over an hour before crews restored it.

The cause of the outage seems to still be unknown at this time.
