DAWSON CREEK, B.C. — The Peace River Regional District has announced that three new transfer stations have been opened.

These sites accept household garbage, recycling, and operate a share shed.

The Moberly Lake Transfer Station, at 6464 Lakeshore Drive; open Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.. It is also open on Sunday, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The Upper Halfway Transfer Station, located at 19337 Upper Halfway Road, will be open Tuesday and Friday, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Finally, the Rolla Transfer Station, found at 5207 213 Road, will be open at the same time at the Upper Halfway Transfer Station, on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday for the same hours.
