Northern Metalic Flyers begin provincials in Salmon Arm

SALMON ARM, B.C. – The Fort St. John Northern Metalic Flyers are lacing up the skates in Salmon Arm for B.C. Hockey’s tier two bantam provincials. In their first contest yesterday they took on the host team and lost 2-1.

Trailing by two in the third period the Flyers got on the board. Tyler Turner was credited with the goal with assists going to Nathan Brownlee, and Cooper Beamish.

The team’s second game has just gotten underway as they’re on the ice with Trail.
